Mack25 Posted January 29, 2022 Report Share Posted January 29, 2022 This is a 3 year old Caldera Spa Vancanza model. Noticed dropping water level. Once panel was opened, an open ended vinyl tube was dripping. Seems to happen when heating up. The tube runs on left side and disappears into sealed area I can’t get into with lifting entire hot tub. These may leak from high water level when pumps are off, and from backpressure due to closed, broken, or scaled jets when pumps are on. There are 4 air control valves. GwenLeBlanc Posted November 26, 2022 Report Share Posted November 26, 2022 I have the exact same problem, same make and model, too — the tub is even the same age. Mine was definitely caused by high water levels. Our New England weather has made the cover leak at the center seam and rain water gets in and raises the spa water level. Little did I know it would cause such a problem or replacing the cover would have been much higher on my priorities list! I was curious as to how the OP resolved the issue. I did the same thing (elevated the air hose to keep water from leaking out) and have ordered some new air controls, but will replacing them help?
