Josh Moody
I have a Dimension One Hot Tub. I replaced the PC Board and the problem was solved - I now have heat and filtration. Once installed and powered back on, the jets wont turn off. Possibly I have a swapped connection somewhere but all else seems correct. Its reheating from 78 degrees up to 104 and I will shut off the power unless there is some mode I am not aware of. Pushing the controller for Jets only seems to switch from Jets 1 to Jets 2 and no off option. Does anyone have an answer on a possible crossed connection or solution? Thanks

CanadianSpaTech
Is it just me or does this sound normal? The spa is heating from 78 to the set 104 and the pump is running as it should be when calling for heat. When you say it goes from jets 1 to jets 2 do you mean from low to high? What was the original problem you had. What is your filter cycle set for?
Josh Moody
Yes it goes from high to low with no off option on the jets.
CanadianSpaTech
And is it in a filter cycle? Is it calling for heat? Zero out filter cycles and set temp 5+ degrees below actual temp and wait 45 seconds does the pump now stop?
