After my initial posting in here regarding some issues with the onzen reliabilty and overall tub chemistry I must say that James has stepped up to the plate and is making every effort to help resolve the issues that I've been exeriencing. They are clearly passionate about their customers and want each of us to enjoy the tub as they were designed to remove stress and frustration, not add to it. Those of you who have been here the last 8-10 years have had the opportunity to see them at their worst and now moving to their best. Thanks for the breath of fresh air. After a couple of emails back and forth AND phone calls, I am extremely pleased of James concern over my spa. He is GENUINELY concerned and has not made any excuses, any BS, and has kept in constant contact with me. I feel very satisfied with James, ( and no, we did NOT have phone ***!). Service is everything. Regardless of what one buys. James has proven to me that Arctic Spas is STILL the best out there! I also wish to thank Tom here too.
