Wow, I have a artic Spa and love it, I have referred 3 friends and they have purchased one, Artic has been great from day one they stand behind there product, the only issue I've had is to change the Electrode on the Onzen which I can do myself, I prefer changing a Electrode every year then Screwing with a floater and pucks, as for China take a look around you man, everything is made in China, for instance Apple (Mac) oh yaa you think thats **** to? what other owners would monitor forums and help any one with a issue personally?? now go to Walmart your favorite store and find something made in Canada>

My summit it working great with Onzen, I have the latest version which you can change the electrode yourself, running Sodium Bromide, CP setting from 1 to 4 depending on the usage, even if you had to change the electrode every year, it sure beats the **** out of a floater pucks, after heavy usage just give it a little refresh or shock, Super easy

I will be Having a few people over this weekend, aprox 5 adults and 2 kids around ten, I"m sure the kids will be in it for a while then the adults later on in the night, I usually keep the tub at 3 ppm Bromine (sodium Bromide)2200 7.7 PH and likes to climb up to 8.0 all the time 80 alkalinity 120 Hardness Just wondering if I should raise my Bromine before they get here? or throw in some refresh wait 1/2 hour, if the tub gets heavily used to oxidize the waste as I'm sure 3ppm Bromine will get used up fast, I also have peak Boost bromine if needed Thanks

Hello All Was wondering if you can mix Ph decreasor and Refresh( non chlorine shock )when I get out of the tub,if the ph is a little high, and refresh to oxidize, then let the pumps run for 20 minutes,or should you not mix them. My ph likes to climb all the time because of the salt tub I guess, and it would save me some time doing it this way Thanks

For 7-9 grand you should be able to have almost any tub you want.

That's a good deal I bought a Artic in Nov and love it, It kicks Ass, Support is Top of the Line, what more can I say.

They sound a little bit high for floor models, however if your on the east coast its about an average price...I do agree with Dano to wet test them ....the foot print of the tubs are the same 80"x88" but the seating design and jetting config. are different. Good luck. We are actually in Ontario, and to order the new 2010 for the 360 it was $8500 plus taxes and all the extras. I would still by a arctic over beachcomber any day of the week. good luck
