Snapped Filter Help

Hi, I’ve managed to snap the filter off in the hot tub. Not a major problem as I can just buy a new part. My issues is the the ‘screw’ part is still in the hot tub. Any ideas on hot to remove it?

I have the same issue with my chemconnect holder breaking off and the base is stuck. I have the replacement part but now i'm trying to figure out how to get the old broken piece out.
