recycleman Posted October 18, 2009 Report Share Posted October 18, 2009 Have been having problems with the upper control panel not being responsive. The only button that seems to work is the temperature control and only sometimes. When I hold either pump 1 or 2 button for 10 seconds or longer and error message comes up and says"check water level, clean fiters, if this problem persists call for service" Just a bad upper control panel? We went to power it back on after cleaning it up and re-filling it and it appears to have power but the display panel does nothing. We walked outside after dinner last night and poof, all the jets were running perfectly, but still no display on the control panel and then the jets just stopped.
