BrianRM
Hi, Found a leak in my hot tub. Here are some pictures and questions if you can help pls. The leak is coming from the left jet adjuster, underneath. If according pump is on it leaks, if not it doesn’t. Im guessing it’s a gasket? And that repair has to be done from underneath? Thank you! CanadianSpaTech
I'm going to say that the water level is to high. If you look at the valve from underneath you will see a slot along the black part where air is taken from inside the cabinet and used to inject into the stream of water. If the water level is to high it won't pull air and will back flow water out the slot.
BrianRM
Thank you for the feedback! You can’t tell from the pictures, but the water level is just above the jet line, not at the rim of the tub. If the water level was too high, would that cause a leak at the place I’m talking about? Looking at the last upside down photo it looks to high but better photo might tell a different story. Lower the level a couple of inches and see. RDspaguy
It's probably o-rings. Pull the handle off and unscrew the cap. There should be 2 o-rings on the stem and one around the top of the fitting. Check the cap for cracks.
