Jon D
Dimension 1 Nautilus not heating. 3 flashing lights and flashing heat light on control pad, temp says 32 F. Read out says change filters or power off, blah blah blah call tech support…. It does not heat up and I don’t think the recirculating pump is pushing water through anything. Hmmm... I've never seen the blah blah blah message. Must be a newer one.😉 59 minutes ago, Jon D said: I don’t think the recirculating pump is pushing water through anything. Which might be the problem. What year is it? Post pics of circuit board. The error is likely a flow issue, or a faulty sensor or switch making it think there is a flow issue. What does it do, exactly, when you reset the breaker?
Jon D
After reset, same scrolling message, replace filters or turn off power, if problem persists contact support. it’s a 2006, the control panel seems to work fine, the jets come on properly and I can change the temp, just no heat. CanadianSpaTech
Need to verify flow from the circ pump. Remove filter until issue is fixed. Remove it from the equation. If still no heat test or jumper the pressure switch... but make sure the circ is moving water first so you don't dry fire the heater...or disconnect the heater. Test the heater element for continuity...or disconnect the heater and test for 240V coming off the copper heater tabs without the heater element connected to the board. https://issuu.com/geckomkt/docs/sc_cf_ce_as_service_manual_en
RDspaguy
I have that exact control system in a flip tub. I have been trying to get a topside for months. It is reading a low flow condition, which it will if the circ pump is not working or the filters are clogged. Likewise, a faulty pressure/flow switch can cause it.
