RDspaguy
I would tighten up the wires on the breaker just to be sure. Check for discolored or burned insulation on the wires. I have a feeling you have not seen the end of this.
HSFan
Will do. I have box outside by hot tub with gfi Breakers connected to breaker box in garage. The garage breakers are original from old tub. Iโll open it up to see if any issues. Thx for headsup!

HSFan
Hello again, my new heater not getting water hot. It is set at 103 but feels like 80. Circ pump is working and see bubbles in hot tub. All breakers are in correct position. Shouldย both green and red LED on board be on? Any assistance appreciated. ย
RDspaguy
The "limit ok" and "heaterย on" LEDs should be lit. If they are and the power and ready lights on the control aren't blinking then it is a bad relay board, heater, or tripped manual high limit if you have one. Test for voltage to the heater at the board terminals. Do you have voltage? Check heater for a reset button on the black box part of the heater. Often behind a rubber plug in the box. Test heater for continuity.
