drewskie
I have only used my tub a few times, but each time I did I became really dizzy upon exiting the tub. I know aclohol contributes to this, but other than not drinking is there anything I can do to not get the dizzy feeling with the tub? Thanks. THE SPA GUY
Drink water, preferably not the water your sitting in....but this will help with keeping you hydrated
Stuart A
All of the above, also what temperature do you have the spa set at. We find that if it is too high we get uncomfortable after about 10 to 15 minutes.
Dustin Golden
yes i too agree with Dav's point while getting out of the tub, first you need to take breath for couple of seconds and get out slowly.

Dan.The.Spa.Man
I've used it 3 times, twice I had 3 beers prior, once I had none. I would try 6 beers and get out quickly! What is the temp? If the temp is realy high then that will contribute to the dizziness because it raises your blood pressure. ***edit...guess I should read the other posts first as Stuart already asked this. drewskie
I keep it at 100, 0r 102. Does everyone get the dizziness? Or just me? Maybe my blood pressure is high....
JerimiahR
If you're having issues with dizziness when getting out of the hot tub, I'd suggest talking to your Physician. You may have a low blood pressure issue, as (correct me if I'm wrong) heat reduces blood pressure. Consumption of alcohol doesn't necessarily help.
