Suction Hose Air Bleed Tool

I've searched this forum as well as others and cannot seem to find what I'm looking for.............I have a impeller sort-of thing that you temporarily put in-line with the suction hose to remove all the air from it before vacuuming. It broke the other day, but is such a convenient gadget, that I want to replace it.

Problem is I cannot find one on line or at pool stores. The one I have is made by Plastiflex and is called a "Vac Prep". Neither of these terms brings up anything on Google. Plastiflex still exists as a company, but no longer makes this item.

If anyone has any thoughts as to where I can get one, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

Im gonna guess it wasnt very popular. You can just put you vac hose against the closest return to purge or when you put you vac into the water take the remaining hose and feed it into the pool straight down foot by foot this way your pushing the air out as your feeding the hose into the pool. If done correctly when your at the end water will start coming out the end.

Sorry but that's the best I can do for you.

Just fish your vac hose down into the pool untill it fills up with water, much faster.
