I purchase a SPA Hydrospa from RONA in Quebec city (Canada). Is someone know if the warranty is supported by some other company ? I'd call Rona and ask for their help and if they are not accomodating I'd tell them you either need them to take care of service or you plan on bring it by as a defective item. soakerman
If you purchased the spa through a dealer then your probably out of luck as to warranty service. I got mine through Costco and a Freind got the "prestine" leisure line through a dealer and he is trying to get some dealer support but the dealer is treating his spa like a red haired step child. I would talk with the dealer and hopefully they will have compasion on you as it is not a defective spa but just needs possible future service. If it makes you feel any better I have had my Hydrospa for just over two years without any need for a warranty call and has ran flawless to date. good luck. Tom
I'd call Rona That sounds like a more direct way to get information! Contact the store where you bought the hot tub and ask who will be responsible for your warranty. I recently purchased a garden shed from Rona and they exchanged a damaged part promptly and with no questions asked. BTW, the RONA site has what looks like a helpful page on Canadian electrical installation for hot tubs.
