TravelingSpaGuy
usually cheap and nice are marketing words and not so much realistic. Ultralife from d1 carries lifetime warranty which is a replacement warranty in about 99% of scenerios because they take the tub back, sonic weld it and resell it. Acrylic's can have problems but I dont know if that should be the deciding factor of the purchase. what size, features and price range do you want to be in, I might beable to suggest a few models to look at. Also do you know if you want a lounger or not?
Jim_The_Jim
Neither are better. Fiberglass with a bonding agent applied to acrylic is the best. Everybody knows that, including D1. Using ABS behind acrylic is known to have much more problems.

Artic or Coleman sounds like what your looking for or perhaps Jacuzzi with your forever floor or ABS pan but than of coarse no accessibility with the jacuzzi
