misdy4u2c
Put a new computer box with heater system finally came on but the circulation pump wouldn’t kick in , replaced it with the same unit worked for 24hours now throwing the breaker , replaced the breaker at the house still throwing the breaker . I’m at a loss , I can’t get anyone to come look at it no matter how much money I offer HELP! I disconnected everything the breaker stays on until I plug the pump back in . cranbiz
Not uncommon for circulation pumps to go bad or even be bad out of the box. With the circulation pump disconnected, can you run the main pump/pumps?
RDspaguy
Post pics of the circuit board and wiring diagram. A "circulation pump" is a small fractional hp pump that runs 24/7. The pump you show is not a circulation pump. Just to be clear, does your spa have a circulation pump? Since the heater, ozone generator, and perhaps some other components require the pump to be running to operate, the fact that it stops tripping if the pump is unplugged does not necessarily mean it is the pump.
