thawkins72 Posted April 24, 2022 Report Share Posted April 24, 2022 I have a Tuff Spa which worked perfectly, then I drained it and moved it May 2021. I refilled and started, but pump went bad. Replaced the pump with Gecko XP2, and jets surged and would then stop entirely. Replaced topside control panel and a cracked fuse on the motherboard. Now it surges for a few seconds (anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds), then the jets come on full speed s as normal. But that only happens for 15 seconds, then it shuts off and that process starts over again after a 2 minute delay. No error messages on the control panel at all. ratchett Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 I'm no expert - but that almost sounds like a priming mode where the jet pump is trying to push out an air-lock in the system. When you refilled, did you fill through the filter well? Did you bleed any air out of the plumbing internally?
