Are Columbia Spas made in Colombia?

Hmm, can't tell, I was randomly looking up spas, and saw one on a website, then a press release about those says the spas have been there (Florida) since 2010: https://www.newswire.com/spas-and-stuff-announces-a-new/43943

That was among other info in a general search, and the Columbia Spas website didn't have all that much, for starters. They say the showroom is in Langley, BC.  However, there's also a 2012 story about half of a Columbia Spas plant burning down in Oregon, where they planned on rebuilding there, and apparently did (https://www.yelp.com/biz/columbia-spas-jefferson), yet that place also seems to be listed as a maker of plumbing fixtures and trim (maybe they only make part of them). Some other sites list Columbia Spas as another brand of Blue Falls Manufacturing, who make Arctic Spas (out of Thorsby, AB), except that site doesn't list Columbia as a brand directly.  Did they stop making them... or are they made in BC, or OR, or South America? Well, there are "Colombia Spas" listed in travel guides. Anyway, there seem to be parts listed here and there, but maybe those are plumbing fixtures for any spa... some look like complete spas in the pictures though.  Nobody seems to have one, as far as reviews go, there's mostly vague news and such, going back years. Let's see, revisiting the Florida site, it says they are American made and built-to-order, yet their models match the other website which says the showroom is in BC. Maybe that rules out South America then.

Ah, there's another page where it says "Built in Spokane, Washington, by Blue Falls, USA": (https://www.storesandstuff.com/blog/product-feature-columbia-spas-hot-tubs/)
Perhaps that's the place, it seems to be all over the map, while the manufacturer sites didn't say enough to distinguish as much. Maybe one has to be Canadian owned to have the same name, if the other in Oregon is something else... or no, it looks like their facebook page links to the same Columbia Spas website, and was last updated in 2012 (after the fire), so those might be made in both places, or moved/merged since (https://www.facebook.com/columbiaspas). While the Yelp page mentions that two brothers began producing Columbia Spas in 2001, and a story about the incident in 2012 mentions their last name is Burton. Coincidentally, Blue Falls has a Burton Spa brand listed (unlike Columbia, currently), with a different design also. It may be that they didn't rebuild in Oregon, since a satellite image from July 2013 shows only one building there (and the street map doesn't list anything at that address).  Well if that isn't as clear as Colombia, it looks like the spa there is a crater of mud (http://www.cnn.com/travel/article/colombia-mud-volcano-feat/index.html).
