Spa_Guru Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 I had a customer hurt herself pretty bad with a lift similar to the rock-it, the Covermate 2, She decided to step on the rod in the back to get up on the spa to clean the cover, and the rod flipped up and broke her nose.
