masanori
I wonder what is going on in this forum. The lack of help inthe past few weeks has been grim.this has been my favorite forum for advise. Not so much now
waterbear
exactly what are you referring to? Remember that the people (particularly the pros here) are all doing this on a volunteer basis and we all do have lives outside of the forum. If you has a post that went unanswered then perhaps you either did not provide enough info for someone to help or it was something that could not be determined without actually seeing the pool or perhaps pictures of the problem Perhaps you did not post it in the right section of the forum for it to be seen by those that would be able to help you. There are many reason why but you have to remember that this is a volunteer forum and also that this time of year is a busy one for many pool pros who are closing and winterizing pools for their customers. (Something that I am not an expert in since I live in Florida and pools are kept open year 'round so I only know it in theory. I have never done it and would not want to advise on the subject.) Pool Clown
Of the last four of your topics, going back to April of this year, you seem to have gotten satisfactory responses. Three of which seem to be about the same subject, winterizing or un-winterizing. And one about a scaling condition. I don't live in an area that requires winterizing, so that would exclude me, and one about water chemistry which by the way there is plenty of info about, if you just bothered to search. Ever wonder if we get tired of giving the same advice over and over again to people who didn't bother to search the topic? If you require instantaneous responses to your problems, why not try going to one of those forums where you need to pay 5 bucks to get an answer. Now, Is there anything else we can do for you today? masanori
I understand that this is voluntary site. I do appreciate all the work. I'm just frustrated about my pool.
