It was working fine Tues. and Thurs. no heat. It has the No Fault heater with stainless steel tubes. No lights on on the control panel. First issue I've had with it in 6 years and is used year round. No reset button that I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Andy

is there anything on the topside....is just the heat light not on....if so you may check the filters

It was due for a water change and filter clean, so I'm in the process of that right now. I'll post up after that. Thanks

I would check the voltage at the heater. There is a chance that the relay board is bad.

When you say "no lights on the control pad" do you mean error codes or that there was nothing displaying at all?

The display panel is normal. Temp. set at 102. The power light is on.No error codes. All other functions are normal. Did a filter and water change yesterday, same issue. No heat.

I went into the control panel, I think the heater relay board is the one on the left. There is power going into the board, but when I pull the black and white leads and put a voltmeter on the posts, no reading on either post . I'm assuming those 2 leads on the left power the heater. Am I on the right track here?

Yes, if the "heater on" light is lit and you have no voltage at the relay then the board is bad.

Just double checked, no voltage what so ever on either post. Thanks for the help Dan. I'll let you know how I make out.
