  1. Here is what happened. I drained off some rain water, put the cap back on and the rubber washer fell off. check spa 2 days later and it was drained. It all leaked out. I have tried restarting and clearing the air from system, but the circulation pump will not run. Could I have burned out pump? Everything else is fine. I pulled the filters and tried priming the pump but still no go. Thanks
  2. It was due for a water change and filter clean, so I'm in the process of that right now. I'll post up after that. Thanks I would check the voltage at the heater. There is a chance that the relay board is bad. When you say "no lights on the control pad" do you mean error codes or that there was nothing displaying at all? The display panel is normal. Temp. set at 102. The power light is on.No error codes. All other functions are normal. Did a filter and water change yesterday, same issue. No heat. I went into the control panel, I think the heater relay board is the one on the left. There is power going into the board, but when I pull the black and white leads and put a voltmeter on the posts, no reading on either post . I'm assuming those 2 leads on the left power the heater. Am I on the right track here? Yes, if the "heater on" light is lit and you have no voltage at the relay then the board is bad. Just double checked, no voltage what so ever on either post. Thanks for the help Dan. I'll let you know how I make out.
