Christopher S
Hello, I have a Dynasty Brava ecco hot tub with a FLO error. Here's what happens in order: 1. I start Pump 1 (its a dual speed for circulation and jets) 2. The pump starts low speed and after a minute or 2 the heater comes on. 3. After about 25-30 mins the pump stops then I notice the heater stops then the FLO error comes up. 4. I can immediately start the Pump 1 again by hitting Eco mode on, after a few minutes the FLO error goes off, I can then turn Eco mode off, push Pump 1, and then the heater turns back on. I just put a new heater in it and this did not help (same FLO error at the same time) Does this sound like a pump issue or potentially a pump relay issue? thanks! CanadianSpaTech
Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover if there is one so we can see what control system you have.

Christopher S
I was told that since the pump stops before the heater turns off, then followed by the FLO error, then it is a problem with the pump is either overheating or is wearing out...does this sound right? I can put my hand on the pump and it feels hot but I can easily leave my hand on it

Any of the capacitors bulging on top? On 10/23/2023 at 3:14 PM, Christopher S said: 3. After about 25-30 mins the pump stops then I notice the heater stops then the FLO error comes up. 4. If pump restarts right away then it is not a overheat issue IMO. Keep spa in no eco mode or standard mode. Does the pump indicator triangle on the topside stay on when the pump cuts out? Any chance the LL or low level configuration programming number get changed by accident? Verify you have proper voltage coming off the pack in both speeds. All running as it should now!
