loud rattling sound coming from spa heater area?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what this sound coming from my hot tub is. A few days ago I heard rattling coming from the spa pack or behind the spa pack where the heater is. It's always rattling a bit, but seems much worse when the heater is on but it also rattles when the heat is off. Lower jets the noise is more noticeable too. Higher jets not so much but is still there. Everything seems to still be work including the heater. The hot tub model is a 4/99CA Rio and is about 25 years old. The pack is a Balboa model DU-LAS104-DCA. Should I replace the heater, the whole pack, or is it something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated on what might be is causing this sound. Thanks! A short video of the sound below.

Sounds like the element vibrating against the tube. Maybe some debris caught on it. I'd remove the heater and check.

Elements are pretty cheap, I'd say you might want to replace it while it's apart anyway.

Thanks RDspaguy. So you don't think it has anything to do with the circuit board? That would be good if not. Given the age of the tub, I think I'll just replace the whole heater unit or at least order the part to have on hand when/if it fails. Thanks!
