JayinUT Posted August 13, 2023 Report Share Posted August 13, 2023 Hello Everyone. First post, newbie here. I have a 5 year old H2X Master Spa 12 foot trainer and I LOVE it! I swim an hour everyday in the morning and in the last four years have went from 353 to 215 lbs. This week my Aux pumps quick working, I would hit the button, the motor would hum and then after 10 seconds or so shut down. However the Jets were still working. Today, the Jets stopped working. I tried to prime by turning off power and do what I do after I clean and empty it but to no avail. No the Aux light will come on and stay on, no pumps and the Jet light comes on and stays on but no jets. I reached out to MasterSpa's and talked to a local guy but it is like pulling teeth to get him to respond. I'll call MasterSpa again on Monday for a couple of other referrals. I am in the Salt Lake Utah Valley and am wondering: 1. What could be the problem, motors, control panel? (I am not a savy fix it upper). 2. Any advice on finding someone to work on it? RDspaguy Posted August 15, 2023 Report Share Posted August 15, 2023 Remove the side panel and post pics of the circuit board (in the control box) and the wiring diagram on the box cover. The humming could be a capacitor or motor problem, and it could have blown a fuse. The main pump issue could also be a fuse. Check fuses. Test voltage to the pumps.
