SJ Hart
We are having our backyard remodeled. Given the schedule for demo, concrete, outdoor structures, etc. it likely will be 4-6 weeks that the spa will not be used and have no power. Any suggestions on preparing for this? I was thinking to super shock it before draining. Wonder what manufacturers do after wet testing. Thanks for any suggestions. SJ

Purge the system with AHH-Some plumbing line cleaner (follow directions on their website) and get as much water out as possible. You can buy a mold inhibitor at any hardware store and spray down the surfaces of the spa. Wash and clean the cover with mild soap and water and also spray underside with the mold inhibitor: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/concrobium-mold-control-spray-bottle-946-ml/1000150815?eid=PS_GOOGLE_D29K - E-Comm_GGL_Performance_Max_Shopping_EN_Kitchen____&gclid=Cj0KCQjw3eeXBhD7ARIsAHjssr_07UTaoKEMcyRJLhywx6nYq298xbaZ3Xh6DwCp01b8_dhSSRbkpCYaAusiEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
