Jody Posted May 24, 2022 Report Share Posted May 24, 2022 I just acquired an old Hot Springs Highlife ILE 2003 spa. When we got it, everything worked except it wouldn't heat up. We purchased a new heater that included the sensors and installed. Still nothing. The LIM OK and HTR ON LED's are lit on the board. And now the jets don't work but when we try to turn them on, the relay clicks and the D17 LED on the board lights up. There is no power getting to the heater or jets. Did you use a standard 50-amp breaker in the subpanel, or did you wire up to a 30-amp and 20-amp breaker? Have you tested the flow sensor to ensure it's working properly?
