Cal Spa not heating, consistently.

As it turns out, I have a buddy to does this sort of board repair, so the board is with him while I patiently await it's return.

Can I use any sort of 10G wire to create the new jumper between the relays?

Yes. 10GA wire is 10GA wire. I would recommend using stranded wire though.

Board with new relays is installed. The spa is running, but it's been going for about 15 minutes and I feel not hear. Water temp is 54-degrees.  The tube that water flows Thu out of the heater tube does not feel warm to the touch.  

Not sure how long it would take,but I would expect I would feel something by now.  

 

I'm going to let it run for a while, but I don't think my problem is solved yet.  😕

I spoke too soon!  We are at 91 degrees.... looks like we're on the right track!  Hopefully we can try it out tomorrow.

yep, we're back in business.  Thanks for the help everyone, especially @CanadianSpaTech.

 

Now that we're up and running, anything I should do about all those white deposits?  I think they are leftover from that chlorine disk I tried out a few months ago.
