Moreis
Hi, I inherited a 2003 master spa with the msa560 or X801050 circuit board. Everything works fine except the heater. Was told the circuit board is no good. Am wondering if it’s possible to be just a fuse? What are all the different fuses for? Tried to find some sort of diagram online but couldn’t. thanks, al
CanadianSpaTech
No fuse for heater. Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover if there is one. Do you have a multi meter and know how to use it? Disconnect the heater from the circuit board and then test for 240V coming off the board. If you have 240V coming off the board then replace the heater element. If you don't get 240V off the board then you have a board issue and likely a failed heater relay. Relays can be repaired fairly cheap if you have a good local electronics repair person.
