RoyVV
just bought a new heater to replace my old "trombone" style no-fault heater for my 2004 tiger river bengal M. the limit sensor fits in the smaller hole fine but the control sensor from the old heater seems like its slightly too big in diameter and/or the threading is slightly different? anyone know what my options are and/or what's going on? the new heater is the 6kW updated titanium no-fault model (hot springs 76227) with a built in pressure switch. RDspaguy
I can't say I've ever run into that, but I also haven't tried replacing an old trombone heater with a new style, or replaced a heater without also replacing the sensors. I'd say get some sensors.
