Seasonyabroth
Hey. I have an inherited Sundance Optima Sentry 750/850. Been trying to get it running for about a year now. At first it wasn’t coming up to temp, then it started throwing codes. I’ve replaced the temp sensor and flow switch, and now I don’t get codes anymore. However, now it will blow the main fuse after about 15 minutes of running. I’m thinking it might be the circ pump or heater. Any advice or help would be awesome
contact634
old post not sure if your still around Ok easy way to check is disconnect the heater install new fuse and see if it blows then do each pump until you find what's blowing the fuse also disconnect ozone generator if you have one are you sure its wired correctly to the disconect box
RDspaguy
The heater is unfused. Main pump or stuck relay most likely.
ciderjack
It could also be the actual fuse holder. When you take the fuse out, check to make sure none of the plastic is melted. The fuse holder is leading cause of blown fuses in a Sundance
