JayTee
Looking for a cheaper alternative to the spray in expanding polyurethane foam to insulate my spa. Ive found the pour in variety to be much cheaper, though it will require a bit of work to make it insulate the whole spa. Ive only seen one other person do this on youtube but cannot find the video at the moment. wanted to reach out to yall and see if this is a bad idea before proceeding. CanadianSpaTech
Sheet/board insulation around the inside of the skirting in between the wood slats is all you need. You could also pack open voids with Rockwool insulation. Wrap it in bags and tape. Spray foam would be my last option.

ratchett
I remember stumbling across this before, although no clue how difficult it is to mix/apply https://www.hottubspasupplies.com/70293-spray-foam.html Quote Estimated one cubic foot of foam at a density of two pounds. You would likely need to invest in a hot-knife to cut things smooth after curing
