Help! Newbie!

I’m at a total loss with my brand new jacuzzi 280. I purchased from the Great Escape and once I handed over my credit card, I hear crickets from them. They will not help me at all with the chemicals! We’ve had the tub for a week and it’s already very cloudy. I followed every direction on the chemical bottles. After filling it, I added the metal/calcium solution, every time we use it, I add Santi-Chlor and I shocked it 6 days after the first use. All the ph levels are fine. I cleaned the filter with the hose today. I also added clarifying solution today to try to get the cloudiness out. Didn’t help. The only strange thing is the chlorine  level is always low in the morning. I put one cap full of santi-chlor ever time we use it. I am livid at the Great Escape right now because I’m miserable with this hot tub because I can’t figure it out. They literally told me “to make it quick”, when I finally got ahold of a representative a few days ago to ask them questions. Can someone give me any advice? Even if I have to drain it and refill, I’d like to know what I’m doing wrong! Thank you!
