RDspaguy
What, you didn't want to do it again, Canadaguy? I admit, I sighed audibly before typing my response.

RDspaguy
Did you review the thread from Canadaguy? We just went through this issue with someone else. You might find something useful in there. Check it out and post any questions you might have.

RDspaguy
Yeah, I heard. I wish he would have tested them as suggested before ordering new. At least he can return them. To the OP: How is it coming? Did anything from the other thread help you out?
CanadianSpaTech
What I find odd is there is an obvious error code and yet I can't find anything relating to the code from Balboa or otherwise
CanadianSpaTech
OP can you post a pic of the inside cover of the spa pack and also any white tags on the circuit board and prom chip.
RDspaguy
Dashes should only show when it is uncertain of the temperature. It isn't really an error, it's like it's loading. This can happen sometimes if it is in sleep mode and between filter cycles, as it needs the pump on to test every few hours IIRC, but it should go away shortly after you turn on the pump and should not keep you from turning on the pump. It acts like a Sundance watchdog, and I keep having to remind myself it is a balboa.
