Crazyone
Hey all, I just picked up a hot tub the other day, and got it home and hooked it up tonight, the good was the pumps, and heater both work, the bad is its got a heck of a leak. So I used some dye and tried locating the leak, I let the tub drain down till it stopped and it seemed it was this one jet, well I took off the panels, dug out the foam, dry as can be. The water is running out of the equipment area, up to the left where the tubes from in. Its a significant leak and I beleive its the plumbing. Anyone suggest a good place to start with this kind of leak? I am going to flip it on its side tomorrow and dig out the foam underneath to hopefully get a better idea where its leaking. And does anyone have a picture of the piping/fittings for this tub? Thanks in advance! Brandon
PreservedSwine
Look closely around the light- A plumbing diagram doesn't do much good- there are pipes, bleedlines, and fittings everywhere. What year is the tub, or do you know the serial number? If you post this in the hot-tub section, you'll likely get a much better response.
