Does anyone have ANY info on Sunbelt Spas? I can't find any info anywhere. I wet tested the Monsoon model and it felt good and it's big. It seems to have everything I need and the price is right. Also, the manufacturer is here in Houston. It just concerns me that I can find no info and they've been in business for almost 30 years.

Help!

Where did you look? A few minutes on Google turned up http://www.sunbeltspas.com/ and a good BBB report (go to http://www.bbb.org/ and search for "sunbelt spas") with only a few complaints and all of them resolved.

You've tried the tub and like it, you like the price, you like the dealer... sounds like you're on the right track!

Happy hot tubbing

Tom

I have never seen one in person - being in California that's not surprising since they seem to be a regional manufacturer.

I went to ETL to see if they are UL or ETL listed, and I did find four of their models or series. They mention 'Custom' on their web site, so it is possible that they may offer certain models which are ETL listed and certain custom models which are not.

I would go with the listed models if that is the case.

They should be able to provide more insight into this issue - ask them for evidence of a UL or ETL listing. Either one, both are reliable testing labs and both test to the same standard of safety.
