KillerQ
Hey all, My Master Spa Ls 850 is showing an interesting message on the top of the display. You can see it here in the picture. The last few digits actually flash different, random, numbers/letters constantly. Any idea? Thanks in advance, Matt!
Hillbilly Hot Tub
Is everything running properly? Try powering the tub down, unplugging the topside, its like a phone jack, make sure there is no corrsion on the plug and plug back in tight, power back up and see what happens. Kreg
Seems like your spa is in diagnostic mode. Power down the spa and remove the front panel. Remove the cover to the Circuit board. On the back of the cover, there is a diagram of the circuit board. You want to locate the "dip switches." They are a very small bank of switches, normally located on the bottom of the board. You may have one bank, and you may have two. Anyhow, locate the dip switch that controls the diagnostic mode on the diagram. Once you have identified which switch controls this feature, confirm that the actual switch is in the appropriate position.

It would be unlikely that the switch would move on it's own, but the problem you describe is consistent with diagnostic mode. I would think it is worth checking. Make sure you turn the tub off at the breaker beforehand.
