  1. Hey all, I have a 2002 Master Spa LS850 hot tub and I am looking to replace all 5 of the filters that are currently in it. Surprisingly, the lady at the spa store had no clue on what filters they were nor how to order them (FAIL!). I have attached a picture. Here are the details 1) 2 x inner 'pre filters'. The measurements are 3-7/8" diameter x 7" long 2) 2 x "micro filters" that the pre-filters fit into. The measurements are 7-1/4" diameter x 7-1/4" Length 3) Rectangle filter that goes beneath all of this. The measurements are:16-3/4" x 8-3/4" Is there a place online with these exact filters? This is driving me crazy! Thanks in advance, Matt!
  2. Thanks... I have an ozone unit, but I don't think it's functional. Cleaning the lid will be a pain in the A**. I was thinking about scrapping the lid all-together and buying some sort of non-mildew-space-age lid..... If they exist. Know of any?
  3. Kreg, This just recently started showing up.... is it possible that a switch moved on its own?
  4. Everything seems to be running fine..... i'll try your suggestion and check back in..... Thanks, Matt!
  5. Hey all, I am reviving this thread, because the cover on my 10 year old master spa causes the spa to smell like mildew/musty a day after i clean, treat, or change the water. I know it's the cover - because when the cover is not on the tub (and even when it's dry, it has that bad smell to it). Is there a brand that is known to avoid this mildew problem all together? I would even be interested in alternative cover styles, whatever.... I just don't want to waste anymore time with my tub smelling like mildew every time I use it.... Thanks, Matt!
  6. Hey all, My Master Spa Ls 850 is showing an interesting message on the top of the display. You can see it here in the picture. The last few digits actually flash different, random, numbers/letters constantly. Any idea? Thanks in advance, Matt!
  7. Spatech, Thanks for the response. I have it tied up already - and will disconnect from the main brain soon.
  8. Hey all, My parents just gave us their 2002 Master Spa LS 850, and it's in excellent condition! It's all connected, and coming up to temp now. However, I noticed one issue (see the picture below). The yellowish tube that connects up into the ozonator box isn't connected because the plastic nipple that it attaches to has broken off. I have a few questions: 1) is there any harm in leaving this disconnected? Will water leak from the yellow hose (is the tube for water, or air?)? 2) should I try and repair it? Glad to see that this forum is out there... Thanks in advance, Matt!
