shelia
How can I find the model of the hot tub I just bought and age(used)?? It's an infinity six person, one reclining and five sitting seats....I just had a horror story about a repairman that came to my house yesterday...what started as eighty dollar sensors ended up being just short of a thousand dollars with his estimates...I need to look up parts, etc., myself...I am having error codes come up that I cannot find codes for in the old Infinity manuel I looked up online or the Balboa site help line.... I bought used from a friend (said was working perfectly)..hmmmm....now different error codes are flashing and the motors, etc are working since my friend cleaned sensor tips and reinstalled after the repairman took new ones off and left mine lying on side of tub...it has no new parts now but he was going to replace all types of things until a friend stopped by and confronted him....he wanted to fight my friend.....geeeezzzzz...now the codes keep flashing....also if anyone knows of a REPUTABLE repairman if my efforts don't work please advise(Lakeland, Fl)....both of my knees were replaced eight weeks ago and I need this tub for therapy....tub sounded like a deal but after having wiring installed, delivery...etc. It has really stretched my resources....and this repairman was trying to rip me off it seems....thanks for ur help....shelia

quantumchromodynamics
Does the person you bought the tub from have any paperwork or other information? Did they get it from Costco? Are there any labels anywhere? I think that Infinity went bankrupt and now operates under Infinity and Raindance You could contact Raindance/Infinity for assistance. http://www.balboawatergroup.com/Manuals---Instruction-Sheets# http://www.infinityspas.net/about-us.htm http://raindancespa-mfg.com/
