JerimiahR
It's not even an issue of horsepower when it comes down to it. If you have the opportunity, see if you can sit in the spa. When it comes down to it, Horsepower, Gallons Per Minute, etc etc.... are ALL about how it feels. Do the jets feel good to YOU? That's all any of that marketing jumbo means. I've seen some spas, with bigger pumps, yet the jets don't feel as strong as another spa with "less horsepower".
UK Arctic Dealer
Pump 1: 2.0hp / 3.66hp, 230v, 2Sp Pump 2: 2.0hp / 3.66hp, 230v, 2Sp 35 Jets 385 Gallons How many litres of water does each pump push out per minute? This is what you need to be asking not the hp. In my experience the larger the hp the more in-efficient the pump is and the more the tub will cost to run. canadianrepairman
don't get caught up in pumps or horse power and or jets, sit in it wet or see one running. HP or # of jets in a spa is so much sales bs if you believe half of what the manufacture brochure say some of these spas have more horse power the some cars lol.
