Cavalier
It's been quite a week keeping the spa hot in this winter weather. Over the course of a 2 week period I have learned quite a bit and solved one problem but another persists. The GFI kept tripping and by elimination I discovered the the blower causing the fault. Now the topside display and hence all control functions shutdown. The breaker / GFI are not tripped. To clear the fault I kill the breaker, wait awhile and reset it and all is well till another episode. I faithfully drain the spa, clean and rotate the filter every 4 months. I have 3 filters in rotation. We use the spa all year. I think the problem may be the HI TEMP switch. I took the the filter out and will see what happens in 24 hours. serial # OPTI 367235 I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you
Cavalier
Still turns off. The topside paner shows ---------- and the rest is blank, If I hit the breaker and turn it back on after 10 minutes all is well till the next event. I agree with your suggestion. After research and reading and trouble shooting the spa systems all indicators are the sensor. I will order a replacement Temp Sensor.
