davohilts
Hello, I've had my hot tub go dead. The GFI (at end of chord) trips and will not stay on. Over the past year this has happened off and on maybe 10 times but now it will not reset. I had the circulation pump changed over the summer and replaced the filters. I suspect that the heater (110 volts) may be a shorted or possibly the gfi plug has failed. I've tried unplugging the three gray wires which go the left side of the black box and also the 4 big black plugs which plug into the bottom of the black box and the gfi still trips. Any help on next steps would be great. Thanks, Dave
