lindal
I bought a spa back in March 2007 and I have not cleaned the cover yet. Is there something that is great to use and to keep the vinyl in good shape longer? Thanks, Linda

Helios
Sorry to hyjack, does anyone know if ArmorAll is a good substitute? Any positives or negitives for its use.

egbert
Sorry to hyjack, does anyone know if ArmorAll is a good substitute? Any positives or negitives for its use.Armor All dries and cracks vinyl. You have to reapply Armor All about every other month or else you get drying and cracking. Armour All is also silicone based makes the surface slick. I would avoid Armor All at all costs. lindal
Thanks I thought Armorall was a bad choice. I have plenty of armorall and was tempted but I thought I better ask first. I will be out this weekend to pick up some 303. Thanks again
HotTubRepairerUK
303 is what I use all the time while servicing hot tubs. Just give the cover a good wash with good warm water and a little soap, let it dry and then spray on some 303, give it a buff and then stand back and watch it shine. I've also heard of people using 'saddle soap' but not personally used it. Regards, Ian.
Shaamus
For the last twenty years, we have recommended 303 Aerospace Protectant as a conditioner of our covers. Clean the cover first with a mild detergent and water solution or a natural enzyme cleaner like Natural Chemisty BioClean or ecoONE spa cover cleaner. H2O Bear
Sorry to hyjack, does anyone know if ArmorAll is a good substitute? Any positives or negitives for its use. I manufacture spa covers, DO NOT USE ARMORALL on your cover. It will dry out the vynall and make it crack. I use Pledge on my cover after I clean it with soap and water and your hose. Flyonthewall
armour all is great for business. if you sell covers. horrible for customers. i like leisure time's cover care and conditioner. it works great. i would like the benefit of the 303 spray bottle. BrianBNM
Another big vote for 303. I use it on my boat and it is exactly what you need for marine vinyl.
