gregs
Is there a good source for some type of manual or book that describes the different variations in water and chemicals and how to maintain them? Something like a pool owners manual that would give a good overview of what you are trying to acheive and balance. There seems to be so many different variations that you need to understand before deciding what to do.
Westy
gregs, not sure this is exactly what you are looking for, but lots of good information regarding pool water chemistry and maintenance, this one is from Missouri, but I'm sure other states have similar handbooks. This is a pdf file: http://www.dhss.mo.gov/RecreationalWater/PoolSpaChem.pdf good luck
