Mlbux Posted January 17 Report Share Posted January 17 I have a Hot Springs Spa with a QI 2000 control Board. For the past year it randomly turns off. When this happens the touch pad display screen goes blank, the indicator lights on the side of the spa turn off and the heaters stop working. The ozone pump continues to circulate. If I open up the QI 2000 box the panel look like the image I've included. Does anyone know what the two red light mean? If I wait a day or two the spa will turn back on by itself...and it will be fine for awhile until it does it again. Now the problem is...it has been like this for over a week. The only thing I have done so far is I hardwired the plug thinking the GFCI might have been faulty...I plugged it back in and got the same result. It is currently running on 110v outlet and I checked the voltage with my meter and it is getting the full 110v. Any suggestions?
