Danzig666
2009 Tiger River Spas Caspian CHP. Power button flashing. Reset at the breaker results in a fully functional tub. No longer flashing, all jets come on and remain running. Tub gets hot. limit ok and heater lights on IQ2020 board stay on as well as D17 light. Watkins no fault 4wk heater has a built in wire for the pressure switch and that has been removed from the board and jumped. Brand new filter. My problem: once the jets are turned off, power button returns to flashing in a matter of seconds and limit light and heater light go off and D17 light remains on. Jets will not function unless reset and breaker again for about 5 minutes and then the process starts all over again.
RDspaguy
Remove filters. Check circulation pump.
Danzig666
Removed Filter. Reset Breaker. Ran and heated without filter. However, it seemed like the heater light shut off prematurely, perhaps before reaching the full temperature. Once the jets were shut off, it did the same thing as before where limit light shuts off, d17 is the only light lit and power button flashes once again. Oh, by the way, when filter is removed, circulation pump feels like it is running when i palm it with my hand. Thanks.

I'm pretty good, but even I can't diagnose based on "seems like" and "perhaps". Test for voltage to the heater after the heat light is off but before the error.
