MrX
Hello, I’m replacing my pumps and I have ordered some orings but it appears they are a tad to small and they come out from the lip instead of sitting flat. Just have some trouble getting them to stay in the fitting grove fittings are BWG ( Balboa ) did anyone have problem like this, do they use non standard orings or something thank you
RDspaguy
What do you mean by "standard" size? Balboa uses the same o-ring as most pump unions, but it will not be a "standard" plumbing size. So a 2" diameter o-ring will not fit a 2" union, as the size (2") is indicative of the inside diameter of the pipe that the union is put on. The actual diameter of the o'ring will be larger.
