David Miller
One of my two pumps isn't coming on after a power failure; the other pump comes on and the control shows the water temp but doesn't appear to be heating. I think it's a fuse; would the fuse in the attached image be the one? Thx in advance for any assistance!
CanadianSpaTech
That fuse on the Expansion Board is usually for pump number 2. There should be another fuse the same on the upper left of the board. Swap places with them and see if the pump now works and the other pump doesn't. Power off of course. David Miller
Thank you very much; that's just what I needed.
David Miller
So I replaced the fuse and voltmeter still shows no power to the pump. Is there another fuse that might need replacing?
CanadianSpaTech
Power off... Remove the black and white wires from the expansion and power back up and test them for power when the pump indicator led is lit on the topside saying the pump should be running. If you get power there re-attach and disconnect the pump from the expansion board and test where the white and black wires would connect the pump to the expansion board. If you get power off the expansion board then you have a pump issue. If you don't the it's the fuse or the expansion board relay. Remove the expansion board and look on bottom for darkened areas or burnt marks by the relay. Follow the power... into the expansion board and out of the board.
