DavidHughes Posted June 20, 2022 Report Share Posted June 20, 2022 I have a Sundance Certa (purchased in 2014) Spa. We have recently had a main board replacement. The board was not new - and as far as we know came from a donor spa (unknown what year or model) - but it seems to work ok. I went to enter the circulation pump menu yesterday (by holding 'temp up' and 'blower 1' buttons for 3 seconds) and the menu does not seem to activate. I can, however, access the filtration/heater menu ('temp up' and 'temp down' together for 3 seconds). Not sure why I can't get into one of the menus. I was wondering whether the board that has been swapped in does not support this feature maybe? Or whether it was accessible via a different button combination. Do the main boards have jumpers on them to enable/disable features perhaps? Any help would be appreciated. Button console image attached. ratchett Posted June 21, 2022 Report Share Posted June 21, 2022 I'm no expert on sundance/jacuzzi, but my wild guess would be that a jumper hasn't been toggled on the replacement board to enable that feature. Jumpers are used to program the board for that spa's setup (how many pumps it has, optional accessories, circ pump, etc). 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
