Sodium Hyochlorite And Transporting It!

Recommended Posts

Hello there! I own a pool business and have always used sodium hypochlorite until last season. I tried dichlor granules since they are not as messy, but it was to my own demise, as last season was much more "chemically difficult" than previous years.

I am going to switch back to liquid chlorine, but am curious how other people transport it. We usually purchase it in 5 gal. carbouys. We were thinking about getting a simple metal trailer to haul it, but I know it will be rusted out in a couple years.

What do you all use?

Thank you SO much for your input!

Jeremy
