im45us Posted April 19, 2020 Report Share Posted April 19, 2020 I have a 2014 Jacuzzi J325 hot tub that was bought at a local dealer that needs a new heater. They are closed due to Covid and the only place open locally is Namco who now happens to be the Jacuzzi dealer. I stopped in and gave my info and a week later no call so I am looking elsewhere. What are some reputable online places to get a heater for my tub? P.S. I never would have bought a Jacuzzi brand if Namco was the dealer at the time. I try to pick a dealer then check brands. It seems like dealers change brand often. My last tub was a Hot Spring and none of the local dealers that carried them still carry them.
