  1. I have a 2014 Jacuzzi J325 hot tub that was bought at a local dealer that needs a new heater. They are closed due to Covid and the only place open locally is Namco who now happens to be the Jacuzzi dealer. I stopped in and gave my info and a week later no call so I am looking elsewhere. What are some reputable online places to get a heater for my tub? P.S. I never would have bought a Jacuzzi brand if Namco was the dealer at the time. I try to pick a dealer then check brands. It seems like dealers change brand often. My last tub was a Hot Spring and none of the local dealers that carried them still carry them. Thanks Ivan
  2. I had a Hot Springs Prodigy for 22 years before it died. I then bought a Jacuzzi J325 4 years ago because I liked how the dealer was rated. That was a good thing because I have gotten to know him rather well. Had the main board replaced after a long battle ( long story) . I am not sure if everywhere but in the northeast it looks like Namco is now the main dealer for Jacuzzi and if I was doing it today I would go back to Hot Springs. Can't help you with Marquis.
  3. I just did a quick search and found one for $4500. It's a large tub. I have a Jacuzzi J325 and love it. I did buy third party filters for my last tub( Hot Springs) but only have filters from the dealer for this tub. I like to have an extra set so I can clean one set and use one set. Enjoy the tub.
  4. I wonder if you are still using the solar cover? We are in Mass and when I go outside in my bathing suit in the middle of January i want to open the tub and hop in so i would invest in a 4-6 inch cover and be done with it. I just think a solar cover would take too much time to be worth it.
  5. I am looking at new hot tub covers and I see covers now have Sunbrella instead of vinyl for an extra $100. I am wondering if it's worth the extra money? I bought my last 2 covers from RHtubs and wasn't happy with the second one so also looking for best place to buy. My new tub is a 2014 Jacuzzi J325 and the factory cover was the worst cover I have ever had. Became water logged after 3 years so looking to upgrade. Thanks for the help.
  6. I have never heard of Hibiscus but I just sent my 22 year old Hot Springs Prodigy hot tub to the dump. It was a great tub and I was going to buy another one but I think I just decided to get a Jacuzzi J-325 instead. For me the deciding factor was my wife liked it better ;-) and I liked the dealer a little better. I am not sure where on the east coast you are but I would think most of the major companies would have a dealer around 1 hour away. Good luck.
